The real estate market of Uzbekistan is becoming more and more attractive to local as well as to foreign investors. The rural-urban migration and the entrance of foreign companies and international organizations have increased the demand for offi ces and apartments. Given the limited number of commercial properties and the limited housing stock, prices have risen dramatically.
